Does everyone on my team need to connect their calendar? +
No. Only the person creating events needs their Google Calendar connected. Invitees receive standard Google Calendar invitations regardless of whether they've connected their account in Conkoa.
How does Conkoa know who to invite? +
When you mention someone by name, Conkoa searches your workspace members to find their email address. You can also invite people outside your workspace by providing their email directly, or say "the whole team" to invite everyone in the channel.
What happens if there's a scheduling conflict? +
Conkoa automatically checks for conflicts before creating an event. If it finds one, it shows you the overlapping events and suggests alternative time slots. You can accept a suggestion or override and book anyway.
Can I check if someone is free before scheduling? +
Yes. Ask Conkoa to check availability for any team member or group — it queries free/busy status for up to 50 people at once and shows you when everyone is available.
Will attendees be notified of changes? +
