How does the Fieldwire connection work? +
A workspace admin generates an API token from their Fieldwire account and connects it in Conkoa settings. Conkoa then syncs your projects and automatically maps team members by email address. The token is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
Can I connect multiple Fieldwire projects? +
Each briefing flow is tied to a single project, but you can create multiple briefing flows — one per project — within the same workspace.
What's included in a daily task briefing? +
Each briefing includes up to 15 assigned tasks with names, statuses, priorities, due dates, locations, checklist progress, and recent comments. Completed and verified tasks are automatically excluded.
Do changes sync back to Fieldwire? +
Yes. Tasks created, updated, or deleted through Conkoa are reflected in Fieldwire immediately. All write actions show a preview before applying, and a confirmation card with a direct link to the task in Fieldwire appears after submission.
Can I set up the integration from the mobile app? +
The initial connection must be done from the Conkoa web app. Once connected, mobile users can use voice commands and receive daily briefings.
What Fieldwire plan do I need? +
You need a Fieldwire Pro, Business, or Business Plus account with administrator access to generate an API token.
Does this work in other languages? +
Yes. Crew members can use voice commands in Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, French, Russian, or English. Conkoa understands the request in their language and interacts with Fieldwire accordingly.
